Please help to accelerate brain cancer research
I’m swimming 30 kilometres throughout October to raise money for Brain Cancer Australia, in honour of my family friend Blake, who is facing the reality of brain cancer with a strength no one should ever have to find.
Brain cancer remains one of the most under‑researched and under‑funded cancers in Australia. Families like Blake’s are often left with limited treatment options and far too many unknowns. Watching the way he and his family continue to show up every day has inspired me to take on a challenge that pushes me physically while contributing to something that genuinely matters.
Every kilometre is for Blake and for every young Australian who deserves hope, better treatment options, and a future where brain cancer has a cure. 🤍
